Dr. Day will use techniques from Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) that research has found to be effective in assisting people to respond more agilely to their life circumstances and that will enable you to establish a new life trajectory that provides you a greater sense of meaning and purpose.
